Total Blackberry Backup

Connect your Blackberry to your computer via the USB cable.

If prompted on your Blackberry select “USB Drive”

Click on “Start” and click on “Computer”

If your phone does not have a SD Card you will see “BlackBerry User Tools”. To transfer your SD Card data to your new Blackberry, remove the card from your old phone and put it into your new phone.

Double-Click “Blackberry User Tools”

Right-Click your desktop and go to “New” and to “Folder”. This will create a new folder on your desktop.

Click on “Organize”  and go to “Select All”.

Click on “Organize” and go to “Copy”

Right-Click on the new folder on your desktop and go to “Paste”. This will copy all the contents of your phone to the folder you have created.

If your Blackberry has an SD card you will see a second device. This is your SD Card.

Double-Click “BLACKBERRY2” (your SD Card may be named differently)

Right-Click your desktop and go to “New” and to “Folder”. This will create a new folder on your desktop.

Click on “Organize” and go to “Select All”.

Click on “Organize” and go to “Copy”

Right-Click on the new folder on your desktop and go to “Paste”. This will copy all the contents of your phone to the folder you have created.
