Insert Outlook Meeting DetailsInsert Meeting details

  1. Select the Page
  2. In the Home tab click Meeting Details
  3. Click the appointment or Choose a meeting from another day 

 

 

 

Use Linked NotesLinked notes

  1. Click the Review tab
  2. Click Linked Notes

 

 

 

Insert Tables and Excel Spreadsheets

  1. In Insert tabinsert Excel sheets
  2. Select Spreadsheet
  3. Click New Excel Spreadsheet 
  4. Edit the Excel Spreadsheet in the note

 

  1. In Insert tab
  2. Select Spreadsheet
  3. Click Existing Excel Spreadsheet
  4. Select either
    • Attach File
    • Insert Spreadsheet
    • Insert a Chart or Table
