Hours of Operation
The ITS Service Desk is available for assistance during the following hours (excluding Holidays, Scheduled and Unscheduled Closures):
Monday – Friday 8 AM – 4:30 PM
Please call 905-735-2211 x7642 to speak with the IT Service Desk Team.
Outside of normal hours please submit issues and questions via email to [email protected] and we will answer you back as soon as possible.
Include the following information when sending your email
- Email Address and Phone Number (We can only reach you directly with a callback number)
- Niagara College Student, Faculty or Staff Account information (Account Login, Email, or Number)
- A brief description of your issue. Please include screenshots for technical issues if possible, this goes a long way to assist in identifying the issue

For direct service please visit the NC ITS Website https://its.niagaracollege.ca and click on the Chat button “Chat with ITS” to chat with a member of the ITS Service Desk team. This service is available from 8:30AM to 4:30PM Monday to Friday.
For Classroom Issues such as Audio Visual and Technical Support please call extension 7642 on campus.
